We worked with Sport In Action to prepare a toolkit to helps and support communities in Zambia to set up and run volunteers sports hubs. Sports such as Netball, Football, Basketball and Volleyball are widely viable and particularly accessible for under-represented women and vulnerable girls. It’s also been interesting,  creating a kit which is easy to view online when tech equipment is not always speedy or reliable and also to isolate specific pages for print when toner cartridges are a costly resource.

The kit idea was made possible due to the collaboration with Sport In Action of a number of organisations including: UK Sport, Wallace Group (Zambia), Netball Association of Zambia, MBA, Football Association of Zambia, England Netball and the International Netball Federation.

The toolkits have been tremendously successful with plans to roll out further across Africa.
